Where are you located and What Are your Business Hours?
Otter House is located at the follow address:
19 Meadow Street, Brooklyn NY, 11206
Our entrance is through a blue steel double door which is located directly to the right of
The Meadows, and to the left of The Brooklyn Monarch.
We are on the 2nd Floor, above The Brooklyn Monarch, inside Suite #1.
Our business hours are as follows:
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 10am - 2am
SATURDAY: 10am - 10pm
SUNDAY: 3pm - 2am

IS YOUR SPACE AVAILABLE FOR USES THAT ARE NOT LISTED?
Yes! Otter House Studios is a multi-media, multi-use space. Contact Us directly to inform us of what you may be looking to do in the space. Based on your needs, we would be able to determine if booking is possible, how we could accommodate you, and what the rate would be for your booking. We do offer the space at $30/hr for General Purpose bookings. This option can be selected for such things as Script Readings, 1-on-1 Private Music Lessons, Single Person Instrument Practices (ie: Violin, Brass, Woodwind), etc. General Purpose bookings can not be scheduled in place of a provided service and only allows for use of the open room with no access to instruments or sound/photo/video equipment/services/spaces.

Is your space available for Private events/Private Parties?
Yes! Our space has a comfortable 35 person capacity and can be utilized for smaller private events and parties for an agreed upon rental fee and under certain terms and conditions that would be acknowledged and signed off by the host. Contact Us directly and to inform us of what you may be looking to do in the space and to arrange an in-person consultation to determine if booking is possible, how we could accommodate you, what additional services you may want/need, and what the fee would be for your event.

How large is your space?
Otter House has 2 main rooms within our space. One is our relaxing 200sq foot Lounge Area / Production Room. The other is our Live Room which is a spacious 500sq feet. Within the Live Room, our Cyc Wall sits at 19L x 14W x 14H, and our Green Screen Area is 10W x 6D x 9H.
