REHEARSALS
Otter House Studios has been servicing the NYC music community with a space that artists can utilize to hone their craft and mold their projects for over 8 years.
Musicians of every genre and every caliber have used our studio as a space to create their art in a friendly, comfortable, hands-on, and knowledgeable environment.
We aim to always keep this reputation and we pride ourselves in continuing to help grow and develop the many talents the New York market has to offer.

Hourly Rates
Otter House offers it's space for rehearsals at different hourly rates.
We offer bookings for 1hr, 2hr, and 4hr sessions,
each at different pricing and based on accommodations needed.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Base Rate is calculated to include guitar and bass amps/cabs,
drums (w/ cymbals), up to three SM58 vocal microphones, up to one keyboard, up to one Direct Input, and three floor monitors,
for a maximum of five people.
Base rate does NOT include instruments, instrument accessories, additional instrument setups, additional inputs/outputs/monitor systems, recording services of any kind, or accommodations for more than 5 people.
Additional accommodations will require an in-house Sound Engineer to be on hand at an additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
& CHANGES
CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE PRIOR TO 48 HOURS OF
A SCHEDULED SESSION WITH 75% OF THE TOTAL COST REFUNDED.
ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN
NO REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE SESSIONS.
BOOKINGS CAN NOT BE CHANGED UNLESS
THAT DAYS SCHEDULE ALLOWS IT.
CHANGES MUST ALSO BE COMMUNICATED
PRIOR TO 48 HOURS OF A BOOKING.
CHANGES TO A SCHEDULED BOOKING
WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SAID SESSION.
