Otter House offers it's space for photo/video shoots at different hourly rates. We offer bookings for 1hr, 2hr, and 4hr sessions, each at different pricings. Check out our Rates & Bookings section for the full list of options.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Rates are calculated to only include the available gear listed, and space.
Rates do NOT include cameras, any other equipment/accessories, in-house services, cleaning, or maintenance. If an in-house photographer/videographer is needed, please Contact Us to set up a consultation and discuss rates.

Please note: Otter House prides itself in keeping a clean and organized space. If you would like to have us ensure a freshly painted surface for your shoot,
a $50 Re-Coat Charge can be added to your booking.
Also, if your shoot includes materials/liquids that will require clean up
and/or repainting, a $100 Cleaning Charge will be added to your booking.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE PRIOR TO 48 HOURS OF
A SCHEDULED BOOKING WITH 75% OF THE TOTAL COST REFUNDED.

ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN
NO REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE SESSIONS.

BOOKINGS CAN NOT BE CHANGED UNLESS
THAT DAYS SCHEDULE ALLOWS IT.
CHANGES MUST ALSO BE COMMUNICATED
PRIOR TO 48 HOURS OF A BOOKING.
CHANGES TO A SCHEDULED BOOKING
WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SAID SESSION.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY OUR IN-HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER
CONTAIN SEPERATE CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICIES THAT ARE AGREED UPON DURING CONSULTATION AND MAY VARY.

ANY DEPOSITS REQUIRED AND AGREED UPON FOR IN-HOUSE SERVICES
ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
