HOURLY RATES
Otter House offers it's space for photo and video shoots starting at $50/hr.
We offer bookings for 8hr+ sessions at a discounted rate.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Rates are calculated to only include the available gear listed, and space.
Rates do NOT include cameras, any other equipment/accessories, in-house services, cleaning, or maintenance. If an in-house photographer/videographer is needed, please Contact Us to set up a consultation and discuss rates.
Please note: Otter House prides itself in keeping a clean and organized space. If you would like to use outside props, decorative elements, materials/liquids, or tools for creating movements in your shoot, some materials may incur a $100 cleaning/repainting fee that will be added to your booking. Please inform us BEFORE booking.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE PRIOR TO 7 DAYS OF A SCHEDULED SESSION WITH 50% OF THE TOTAL COST REFUNDED.
ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL RESULT IN
NO REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE SESSIONS.
BOOKINGS CAN NOT BE RESCHEDULED
UNLESS THAT DAYS CALENDAR ALLOWS IT.
CHANGES MUST BE COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO 48 HOURS OF A BOOKING.
CHANGES TO A SCHEDULED BOOKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SAID SESSION.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY OUR IN-HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER
CONTAIN SEPERATE CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICIES THAT ARE AGREED UPON DURING CONSULTATION AND MAY VARY.
ANY DEPOSITS REQUIRED AND AGREED UPON FOR IN-HOUSE SERVICES
ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
